inspired by the magic of movies and illusions of theatre production, adam has always been drawn to the art of producing a great show. he studied theatre at the respected Youth Performing Arts School in Louisville, KY and then earned a BFA in Theatrical Lighting Design from the renowned Krannert Center for the Performing Arts at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.
adam's career in lighting spans over a decade and has taken him around the country to venues of all shapes and sizes. following his academic studies in theatre he spent 3 years working as a lighting technician and moving light programmer for live corporate and music events. In 2010 he moved to Los Angeles to work in television and sharpen his skills as a lighting designer. during this time he served as lighting director for over 300 episodes of shows on various networks including ABC, Nickelodeon, TBS, TNT, BBC America, TruTV, HUB, and the Oprah Winfrey Network.
adam joined edny as a lighting designer and also serves as a technical liaison for lighting, electrical and rigging needs. his creativity and passion for his work ensures that every event is a special one.
