Since Mark was very young, he loved music and theatre production. His career started off early, in 8th grade mixing his first middle school theatre production. From then on he was hooked. Mark spent many years working local production in his home town of Rochester NY, where he graduated with a Bachelors in Technical Theatre – Audio Concentration from S.U.N.Y. Brockport. After college Mark joined 8th Day Sound and toured the country with many top acts such as Prince, Barry Manilow, Eminem and Slayer.
In 2006 Mark reconnected with his college love and stopped touring to settle down. He then began his corporate meeting career and quickly excelled in the world of meetings and special events, which was very different from concert audio. He now serves as EDNY’S staff audio engineer, designing with state of the art audio for all meetings and events. While at EDNY he has also worked with Seal, Lady Antebellum, Back Street Boys, and Melisa Ethridge to name a few. His dedication and attention to detail ensures that all events exceed our client’s expectations.
